Hotel Policies – Hotel Rudra Paradise

1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 87% refund if cancellation is made 7 days before check-in date.

  • 50% refund if cancellation is made within 72 hours (3 days) before check-in.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in or in case of no-show.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Child Policy

  • Children below 5 years can stay free without an extra bed.

  • Extra bed charges apply for children above 5 years.

4. ID Proof Policy

  • Valid Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

  • PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID proof.

  • Foreign guests must present a valid Passport and Visa.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are requested to maintain decorum and respect other guests.

  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

  • Illegal activities, use of drugs, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed.

6. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

  • Alcohol consumption must comply with local laws.

7. Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises (unless otherwise specified).

8. Safety & Security

  • Guests are responsible for their valuables.

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
